"Genuinely awesome service. I had a different plumber initially come out and they quoted me over $12,000 for a complete break in my main telling me I had concrete pipes with no clean out trap. I called Mr.quick and Katherine was so so helpful and kind. She was so knowledgeable and I genuinely appreciated her demeanor. They offered to come out and run a camera for free. John was on time, and within 25 minutes John was able to tell me I had pvc and had a clean out trap. Based on the video he took. He walked us through the entire video. Answered questions and was able to locate the clean out trap as the other company was not through three appointments. He did further work from there to identify the true problem. This ended up saving us $7,000. We will be using mr.quick services for all of our future needs. We so appreciate this entire experience."

"Great experience. Got online and scheduled the appointment for 12-1pm that same day. Jake called at 10:45 and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if we were interested in them coming at 11:30am to which we were thrilled! He and another man (I didn’t catch his name) were on time, explained everything and were quick to fix the issue! It cost exactly as we were quoted and they were out the door by 12pm. "Calling service was great. Rapid response. Poor arrival coordination. Marginally professional, rushed technician with a my way or the highway attitude. Highly overpriced estimate with no flexibility on repair/replacement options, “I’ve been doing this for 16+ years, we’re insured, there’s no other way.” As with most things, there are multiple safe and reliable options that do not disrupt or alter infrastructure with a wide range of prices. As for warranty, the quality of the plumber and the company speak volumes. We found a less intrusive, efficient alternative within the hour at a much more reasonable rate. The $89.75 charge was worth the cost to know what company not to use or recommend moving forward. If you need an emergency fix, no one else is available, and cost is not a concern, this team may fit the bill."

"I base my opinion on several points not just the service provided. This visit was for an estimate only. The technician was very professional and engaging. The technology used was very impressive. Unfortunately, their pricing was more than double the next highest price from reputable contractors. When I explained that the price was so much higher the technician politely closed down his equipment and dismissed himself. I assumed it was a mistake but I guess not."
