"Our sump pump went out during a storm and caused flooding in our basement. We were out of town, and I contacted them late at night on the weekend. I was surprised to be connected with a real-life person, and schedule a team to come out first thing in the morning. They are very responsive, with the ability to text (again, with a human) at all hours of the day. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The owner even called and provided helpful advice as well as a timeline that helped manage my expectations. I didn't have access to a computer while I was out of town, but was able to sign contracts and move the process along with digital signatures regardless. I hope to not have to deal with this situation again, but if I did, I'd work with them again 100%."
"We unfortunately had a main water supply line break and it flooded about half of our home. Our plumber Bill Eddy suggested that we call Complete Drying and man oh man are we ever glad we did. Their lead water guy Travis was here within 30 minutes and worked diligently all the rest of the day and then the next to get things dried out. This took quite a while since we had 2-3" of water standing, but it worked. Then Complete Drying connected us with their recommended flooring and painting companies to get everything repaired and back to normal. We cannot say enough about this wonderful company and their excellent office staff, Jennifer & Kera! Jennifer kept in touch advising where this lengthy process was, which was so helpful and above and beyond what so many companies do ..... we are just so pleased with Complete Drying and highly recommend them!"
