"The neutered my perfectly healthy 2 year old gave him the same vaccines that he juat got 4 months prior. I called everyday for 7 days and brought him in 3 times after the surgery because he wasn't eating or drinking. They offered me no help. My dog died 9 days after the surgery. Never even called to talk to me after they found out he died."

"Tri-State Vet Clinic initially scheduled Michi-Tom Brazil for his "Bob Barker". Life happens, beyond last minute. The staff was super friendly and proficiently rescheduled 7 days later. They stayed fluent with me from drop off to pickup! 4 days later I was surprised Michi had a voice-mail. The staff had called to check up on him! He's lovely! We cannot thank you enough! We plan to return by summer!"
