"I went yesterday to Animal Medical Center to get my dog's allergy medication and after that I asked the lady if they could cut my dog's nails and she said that if I helped her she would. She said she would cut them because the other people were busy and I told her okay (I thought that it was better because that way i feel more comfortable being with my dog) She was very rough with my dog, she stretched out her legs and hurt her several times but almost at the end she cut her nail way too much. She took a little piece of skin and all she said was sorry while my dog was bleeding. She took out a powder to take care of the bleeding and with the cotton swab, she wet it in her mouth and put the powder on the nail. She then did the same thing again. She kept putting the cotton swab in her mouth, put the powder and applied it to the wound (it didn't seem right to me and was a bit disgusted) She still told me that she would make an appointment for my dogs check-up and charged me very normally for the nail cut, saying that I should put baking soda on the nail, giving me instructions on the damage it caused to my dog. I called later because the nail was still bleeding and the woman who answered said that she will get over it, among other things. I will never go to this place again"

"I have been taking my animals to this vet for 15 years. They are amazing with animals and have saved my rescued animals from horrible things such as heart worm treatment, pyrmetra surgery and perineal urethrostomy surgery. I would not take my animals anywhere else. The staff is always very kind and sweet. They definitely care about your animals!"
