"I got a message at 11:30 saying they are filling my script it’s is 1oclock and they are saying another 30 min keep in mind they no we where waiting the whole time and we were up there multiple time and they keep saying a different time frame this is beyond ridiculous idk why I picked cvs I will be looking into changing this place for anyone that wants the sanity do not get ur script from here!!!!!!"

"The only reason I gave 3 stars is I have asked 6 times now to have my last name corrected, and once again today they can't find my script because it is under the wrong name. They eventually find it but it is aggravating."

"This store is NOT open 24 hours. My husband drove from Milford at 2:30 in the morning for cold medicine based on their hours listed on Google, only to find them closed. Very disappointing for someone who is miserable and no where else is open. Please change the hours so they're accurate!"

"This pharmacy has gone down hill over the last several years. the male pharmacist talks to you with a stone face and makes it seem like you are wasting his time. Very few are friendly , but what set me off is that this is the second time CVS supposedly requested refills from my Doctors office, then I get a text from them saying my Doctor's office did not respond. So, I call to get the refills and they have hod no record of the request. Someone is definitely dropping the ball here, but with the way they have been sliding in the Customer Service area, really does not surprise me. Do Better CVS!!"

"not a big fan of their call system for prescriptions. generally a nice place, sometimes overpriced. seems like they're not currently open as many hours as they used to be, but I'm hoping they open twenty four again. has a bathroom but you have to ask a staff member to unlock it. typically clean facilities though. big fan of their self checkout machines-very cool for anyone introverted or just preferring no interaction."
