"I love going to this pharmacy, as they are always helpful. They explain things that are not only relevant to my script, but to improve my health, also. They happily answer any questions about products that they carry, and items that they might not typically carry. A couple of years ago, I needed vaccine info for a country that I was going to visit, but my doctor's office couldn't figure it out. Zales Hometown Pharmacy did figure it out, and my trip went safely!! Thank you for your wonderful customer service! Still a great place to go, especially in 2020!"

"Friendly, knowledgeable people in the pharmacy. I put friendly first because that seems to be lacking in the big chain pharmacies in town. First of all, Zales is staffed well enough whenever I'm in there to be able to take time to answer questions. That alone is different than the other pharmacies I've frequented. They don't have time to be courteous because there aren't enough pharmacists/staff. That's never been the case at Zales, in my experience. They are knowledgeable, both about my prescription questions, but are also helpful in getting answers to my insurance questions. In addition, there's a nice little lunch/breakfast counter at the back of the store. I love eating there when I get a chance. The rest of the store is an interesting place with some decor items, games, and a few unusual items. I'd be surprised if you were disappointed!"
