"Bought a coleman utv in April, they lost title to it when I bought it. Waited almost 6 wks to get new one. Meanwhile, somehow my receipt got wet, tried to get a new one sent to me so I could get it plated and because I got a warranty for it at the time. Left front tire went bald in the middle of the tire within one month and right headlight went out. Talked to a Zack there, he was supposed to send me a copy of original receipt to prove I got the warranty. It didnt get sent. Now I just want to return the utv and be done with it. Very unhappy with service."
"Well, tried to call many times to the warsaw TSC and no one picked up.wanted to buy a riding mower. Please don’t provide a standard response to this review I’m not going to call any more numbers. I would have done a business of 3k and now I will take my business to Lowes."
"I called ahead to see if they had an item I wanted and the person was extremely helpful and even went and verified that they had it on the shelf. I arrived a few hours later and a lady greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if there was something specific she could help me find. I began relating my previous phone conversation, to which she implied that I had spoken with her. She walked me to the product and made sure that it was what I wanted. In today's big-box-store mentality, it was nice getting hometown service in a retail chain store. #GoodService"
