"I wish I could give MORE stars. I have had Banfield for more than 20 years. And up to recently I was pretty happy with them. Then I started looking for other options and came across this place. I did a lot of research about the plan I like having the monthly plan in case I need it. I have 3 dogs 2 are on the plan currently and they have been AWESOME with the new puppy and my 12 year old that got beat up by the new puppy (regular puppy stuff not mean or bad). Love EVERYONE at the Ingalls location they are really great."
"Dr. Eller is great and prior experiences have been good, but after taking my pet in to have anal glands expressed this last time the cost was 34 for expression and 38 for a technician fee. This is 3 less than a full exam fee for a less than 15 minute procedure. I could hear my pet crying as well which is not normal for expression of glands. I was happy they could work her in but this is the last time I will take any pet to this veterinary team."
