"We’ve been using them since they opened this location, and they are always friendly to my kids, dogs, and me. They are never pushy like they are trying “sell” me stuff. Perhaps a little more expensive than some other places, but worth it to me to go someplace where they are kind to my family & take good care of my dogs. Two things that seem lacking in the customer service world today. Thank you & we appreciate your staff at McCordsville."
"The place made me itch. Not friendly or welcoming. Didn’t talk to me or let me ask questions. They took the puppy for exam and shots for only 1 minute and gave him back and walked away. Didn’t say anything didn’t ask questions nothing. 120 dollars for 1 minute. First time I have been some place that deals with pets and doesn’t talk to you. Also I asked about the 20% off coupon for my new dogs first time visit and was told that it is one per household but it clearly states one per pet per household. But I didn’t want to debate it with her. It was just a bad experience all around."
"Extremely friendly staff, came in for some questions as they are just opening. Surprisingly, I like the hours as they are open later than most plus I can do some shopping done right there!"
