Edible Arrangements

"The order was placed on February 2nd. I received a call on February 3rd to select a different design, and the delivery date was slated for February 14th. However, the order was not delivered. When I contacted the store at 4pm on the delivery day, I was informed that they were overwhelmed and my order may not be delivered as it had not been created yet. Despite my understanding that same-day orders were being fulfilled, this experience has led me to the decision not to place any future orders with them."

"Order came and it wasn't complete. The order should have had the cheesecake ones in it but only came with very small chocolate covered strawberries. The taste was good though. Instead of the cheesecake they left off they gave me dead flowers. These should have been trashed and never given to anyone. I use to love my edible arrangements but I believe this will be my last order from them."

"Unfortunately I had to give 1 star. Placed an order through the site for Valentine's day and had someone call me from the local store. They were out of the container that my order came with and asked if I would be okay w a platter instead. This one also came w cheese cake. I said that was fine. Then Valentines day came and it got later and later,, NO DELIVERY. I tried to call the store, ck my order status online, nothing. I sent an email which said would be answered ASAP. I got an email 8:40 pm which I didnt see until the next day. They couldn't process my order (although they processed my visa). I could get an order later this week w an additional future discount or my refund. I needed the item TODAY, NOT LATER IN THE WEEK. Thanks for the call or heads up. -10 on customer service."

"I placed an order feb 6 received call from the manager stating she didn't have container for that arrangement balloon was to be included in this order and offered fruit,strawberries and pineapple as well as brownies and cheesecake board I agree. Had order for son in Alabama I am in Tennessee. On Valentines Day I waited till two cst hadn't heard he had got delivery. I call edible in mobile Al where the order was placed she at this point tells me she don't have helium for balloons or brownies or cheesecake and wants to give me a refund. It's Valentine's Day what am I to do at this point..... I tell her to put together something and I repeatedly ask why nobody had called and she says she is trying to figure it out. She then tells me she will try to get it delivered before he gets off, then it gets delivered in a plain white mug from the dollar tree and I get 25$ refund. This is ridiculous, I have always ordered from the one in Daphne Al and never had an issue. This was the first and last time for using Mobile Al edible arrangements."

"Tasted good and fresh. Only issue was the size of strawberries. Very, very, VERY, smaller than usual. Size isn’t worth $46.99 for a dozen. Great customer service though!"
