"My husband ordered a plant for his mother for her birthday on Sept 14th. The plant was pretty the first day but then plants started dying. My mother in law called and was told that someone would be out with a replacement plant. Well, that never happened and now Rose Bud is not returning her calls. Turns out there were no drainage holes for the plants in the arrangement. Very poor customer service. Will not order from Rose Bud again!"
