It's always clean and my dog used to be very shy as a puppy, but with Petco's employees saying hi to him and getting down to his level (he's a Shih Tzu so not very tall lol) he's become very confident in himself. He loves walking through the aisles and checking out the aquariums. The staff is always personable and happy to help. One of my friends lives in Westfield and she makes me drive her to this one because she calls it "the good pet store.""
"(UN) HAPPY RETURNS- I didn't go to Petco for my pet needs this time. I went because they are listed as a participant in "Happy Returns" a drop off location for returning online orders from various retailers. Though the staff was helpful and empathetic, they were unable to provide the service due to a lack of proper requisite materials. Just go to FedEx around the corner. They have the right stuff. Sorry, Petco."
