"Scheduled my appointment months in advance and when I arrive, they say my dog is too matted and they refuse to cut his hair. He does have matts, but nothing crazy and it has never been a problem in the past. I just wanted him shaved - they said they couldn't because it'd hurt him. I took him to a few other local groomers afterwards for their opinions and they rolled their eyes and told me it was not a problem at all, Petco at this location TURNS DOGS AWAY ALL THE TIME because it is "too much work". I scheduled this appointnent MONTHS ago as it was the earliest available and if they thought his matts were bad now, he is definitely going to be turned away at the next groomer when I secure an appointment months away again. The audacity of these people to deny service in this way. Shame on you. EDIT: read other reviews. This isn't an isolated incident. Please don't make the same mistake I did."

Danielle does it exactly how I ask and she's kept notes on my account about the cut so now I don't even have to explain it.
