"I used to never have a problem hauling for Jack Gray, but after the issue this week, I will never haul for them again. They assigned me to a load delivering to Owens Corning in Brookville Indiana, that was already over booked. They didn't even bother to find out if the plant had the room for the product before sending me this load. I pulled in at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, and I'll be lucky to leave Thursday after 12 noon. Their detention pay is a joke also. $60 an hour with $480 max pay per day. This will cause me to lose over $2,000 in revenue for the week, which is about $500 out of my personal paycheck."

"I would put 0 stars. This company is horrible. Don't do business with them. We book local load ith them ( Zach Craig) for $600. Broker didn't set up appoitment and we woked out all by itself. We was promiss to be paid detention, just to be patient and wait to be unload. We spend 14 hours there finally get unloaded and they add $75 dollars. They also told me to stop bother them, other way they will not pay us at all."

"Driving on IH65 and one of there trucks broke my windshield. Called the company to try and get it fixed and spoke to Teresa and she was no help at all.(rude lady wouldn't let me talk) I sent her photos of the truck to the email safety@jackgray.com and described the driver. Couldn't take my eyes off the road to see the plates of the truck (truck plates were covered in dirt)but was willing to point out the truck and recognize the driver and she said there could be nothing done either way. I see it as unprofessional no one wants to drive around in a 50,000 Vehicle with a broken windshield im sure the company has insurance, but teresa here thinks they'll be taking it out of her paycheck."
