"Do not work for this company at all. I just quit a little over a week ago and they decided to not pay me my last paycheck. This company is an absolute nightmare. You will sit for a long time. If you give them an attitude don’t expect to get miles, they’ll lie to you and say there’s no freight when there is the company that I left them for I’ve been here Less than a week and I’ve already done 3800 miles Not including the miles I’m gonna be getting traveling from Colorado back to my home state in North Carolina roehl Is definitely not a place if you want good pay good miles and just an overall good place to work they will screw you over so bad the whole entire company the owner needs to figure out what he’s doing"
"Prepare to drive they don’t ie planners never send loads in timely fashion that want you to start and don’t know where you going. Innovation they have none , accountability is only for the drivers. Expect the expected you’re not going to make money for the time you work . "I’m gonna start off by saying this is a very cut throat company. Went through the school for a week but had a family emergency that I had to come home and take care of. I was not able to come back to school because of it. I called multiple times to talk to someone to get my payment plan set up and NO ONE knew what to do, I was told someone would call me back to help me get it set up and I never got the call. I finally got it set up but it should have never taken this long (over 3 months). Just be aware they still will slap you with the 6 grand to pay back even if you have a death in the family it dosnt matter to them. Just be aware of that because the recruiters didn’t tell me any of that."
