"DONT TRUST AFC OR FREIGHTCARE. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT PAY! THEY HAVE EVEN LIED TO THEIR OWN LAWYER! AFC AND FREIGHTCARE ARE OWNED BY HUSBAND AND WIFE! AFC manager Patrick had inform me that my husband contract was being terminated, because of complaints. Then he told me the complaints. All complaints were from brokers and customers who harassed and threatened my husband and my husband informed Tom, Chad, and Patrick about the complaints and even sent text messages and recorded calls. I recorded the call with Patrick. There's laws about terminating someone over being harrassed. AFC lawyer then decided to falsely accuse my husband of blackmail. The lawyer asked what we were asking for. My husband started the offer and expect an counter offer. No the decided to say you are blackmailing. Everything was done through email. If making an offer is a crime. then, there would be a lot of people in jail. This is just AFC trying to get away with not paying. AFC and their attorney think we are bluffing about having proof of everything. Drivers really need to be aware of this. AFC did not send my husband rate cons and frieghts bills ( in the contract it says they will provide before settlement), until my husband requested them from AFC attorney. AFC did not send them all and we found out why they didnt send them. The numbers do not add up. They illegally change elogs. My husband refused to sign the changed logs. My husband also took photos, before and after of the logs, from that day. You might want to inform your attorney that i have proof of ALL AGITATIONS! I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO POST THE TRUTH, ABOUT ANYONE OR COMPANY! I CAN PROVE EVERYTHING, BECAUSE OF TEXTS, EMAILS, PHOTOS, AND PHONE CALLS. They have breached the contract. I have a total of 8 breaches. Driver contract was terminated, because Lamdstar employee called and complained about driver. Driver has proof from text messages and recorded phone calls, that the Lamdstar employee HARRASSED driver. Driver sent proof of Lamdstar employee harassment to AFC and the state laws about wrongful termination, of employee or contractor, over harassment in the work place. AFC refused to speak driver, because driver records all calls, but spoke to me, the owner of the company, that is purchasing the truck. AFC must of not thought about, of i record calls. I do and did record the call, stating why contract was terminated. Which is different, than what they emailed. AFC obviously approves of HARRASSMENT, in the the work place. Lamdstar is working with us about the issue with their employee and AFC issues. What driver need to be where of. AFC is very unprofessional. Examples: when you call the main number. They answer the phone by saying hey. I literally had to ask, if this is AFC. This has happened to me multiple times. Ive recorded it, because ive never experienced a company, that answers the phone that way. The ghost you for days, both phone calls and texts. With no reasons. First company that the owner doesnt want to talk to driver, that has issues, with management and other issues. They do force dispatch. If you, say no. Then, they tell you, they will not give you another load. They illegally change your log books and request you sign it. The log book did not get signed.They will make you pay for a load. Thats not tarp. Even though the rate con, dispatcher, shipper and broker, said NO TARP. Customer decided they wanted it tarp. When load was delivered. Photos (time, date, and location) were taking before leaving the shipper and at customer, before unload. There was no damage. They charge you for trailer repairs. Even though its the contract, that they are responsible for it. It takes forever to get your money back. Everytime the trailer, gets worked on.Theres a few other issues. I will post after attorney reviews contract and gets back to me. I was able to contact and talk to one other driver with similar and some of the same issues."

"I'm that driver C-cup was talking about about bridge height been driving for 25 years one thing for people to comment on something they don't do made the bridge safely I no my height u mad because I made u wait til I clear been with company 5yrs love what I do-doing it with safety first every company has up & down with driver brought a truck from them & buying another one learn the game before talking talking the game."

But honestly we can give you all great reviews and you can come to AFC transport you have to see if this company will work for you don't take it from us try it out for yourself."

"O/o they have a terrible pay structure for us. If you lease purchase it’s a solid company but if you own your own truck they have deductions that will increase the more miles you drive YOUR truck. Grossed 5900 brought home 1500 after 1800 in gas. Smh"
