"I called this guy yesterday to schedule a ride. He confirmed with me the time, and then I called again today 2 hours prior to the agreed upon time to confirm. When the time came around, he never showed. We waited about a half an hour and then I tried to call him, no answer. I texted him, no answer. Finally, 2 and a half hours after the scheduled time, he texts me with an excuse about a phone system error, even though they use cell phones. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but then he replied to my husbands review, saying I understood the problem. This confirms he is in fact a liar. I never told him I understood, in fact what I said was "Yeah okay bud whatever you say" This isn't even the worst part either, after my husband left a review this guy puts his personal business on blast on the internet! He actually said "I'm sorry you weren't able to get your items from jail." This was completely unnecessary for him to say and honestly the most egregious act of unprofessionalism I have ever encountered. I fully expect that he did this intentionally to try to embarrass my husband and make his review seem less legitimate. Avoid this business at all costs. There are other services in this area, use them. A Reliable Taxi Cab Service comes to mind, also in Gary."

"Do not use this service if you need to be at your destination on time. I called 24 hours in advance to schedule the ride. The dude confirmed the fare and that he would be here around 2. We called again the day of the ride 2 hours in advance. He answered and again confirmed he would be here to pick me up at 2pm. 2 o'clock rolls around, no ride.. okay, maybe he's running late. Waited an additional 30 minutes or so, then tried to contact him. Called, no answer. Texted, no answer. And now 2 and a half hours after I was supposed to be picked up, he texts us back and says he had a phone system error.. are you even kidding me? He's using a CELL PHONE, what phone system error are you even talking about? Additionally, he keeps replying to all the negative reviews saying "This was a different company" followed by whatever excuse he made up for that particular person. He is a liar, untrustworthy, unreliable. I'm sure that every negative review he got that he replied "This wasn't me" was also a lie. Avoid this "company" at all costs! They'll just keep you waiting, and god forbid you're waiting on a ride for something important like court, probation, visiting granny in hospice, anything. Do Not Use! Edit to add: I hope he claims on this review that it wasn't him so I can post the screenshot! Another edit to add: I'm filing a complaint with BBB for good measure."

"I called him 9:00am this morning, to schedule a pick up for 1:30pm 1:45pm today. He told me to call back at 12:30 today. I did that, he was rude. Told me I don’t understand his schedule and that I need to be ready after his next ride. If he Time management skills he would be more prepared and better customer service skills."
