"I paid my bill at the store with cash November 10th. November 11th I went back and made a cash purchase and used my “Kohls Cash” so I had to scan my card. Well about ten days later I received a bill and it did not reflect the payment I made at the store so I called and was assured I had a zero balance. When the bill came this month it showed a card transaction for the payment I made in cash. I called they said they were investigating and sent a letter a few days later saying they can’t help us. Store stated there system didn’t even have a record on credit transactions that day for that amount."

"Went to Kohl's to get Levi leather belt on sale for $28.80 but rung up $36.00. Went over to manager and she told me that's not the same belt even after I brought it up on my phone and showed it to her. Know wonder ya are about to go out of business. I will never shop at Kohl's again. I would like to give them a o star if I could"

"We came to kohls today after seeing the Black Friday adverts and seeing they had dog stuff on sale. The store is well laid out, clean, and easy to walk through. We found a bunch of great things for the puppies and I got some Xmas leggings for $8!! Absolute WIN. The one issue I do have is more on the corporate aspect of the store. The way they have employees push credit cards is ugh. I don’t need to be asked 5 times in the same conversation if I want to sign up. Other than that? Great experience"
