"Took 3 months for a disc drive to be fix for my son’s ps4. They called us while we were dealing with a medical emergency with my son in the hospital to let me know it was ready for pick up and if I couldn’t come get it within the next 48 hours, I’ll have to wait two more months to pick up after their vacation. When we got it back, it didn’t even work for a full month after and it had to be repaired elsewhere since the shop closed for multiple months. Would never use them again! UbreakIfix was quick with the repair and more than 50% less than what computer doctor charged for the same issue."

"After quite a bad power surge the Computer Doctor was able the diagnose the components that failed in my gaming/streaming PC. He worked with me (with no additional charge I might add) when there were more bad components than we initially discovered. Yes, he does take time to diagnose and repair tech. You might also notice he is the only computer technician in the River Region! Good quality service takes time, especially when you have such a large area to service alone. I hope I don't have to use his services again, but if so I know exactly where I'm going! Highly recommend his services."

"Found this company online and went in for an issue with a tablet that would not power on. The technician during the initial check in had a good idea of what the problem was. He assisted me in getting all the files I needed from the device. I find this company to be knowledgeable, and professional. I too can add to the other 5 star reviews."

"Called to purchase faster RAM for my computer. The company had cards in stock, but charged a premium for them, blaming an internet search for the pricing. Once I received the parts and had a part number to use for a direct search, I found the same items at MUCH lower prices at several places. To put a context, they charged me over $130 for two cards that I found elsewhere at $27 each. When I called the company back to share my frustration, the sales person told me it was my responsibility to research better before buying. I won't go back. The company's response reinforce the rude approach and lack of customer concern voiced by me and several others. Their personal attack also shows a lack of professionalism and venom. They are correct in one respect - I should have done a bit more homework and I would have seen all the other negative reviews posted for this business. Without the part number I would not have been able to do an apples-to-apples comparison and uncovering the fact that they charged nearly double of other vendor's prices. Even on Amazon I found the same item for $36. No worries about having to 'weed out' customers; I don't expect they'll have many as time goes on."
