"Everything seemed so stale and automatic. The team leader spoke to me about a list of different types of oil changes/service I should be using like he was repeating from a text book, very mechanical, and even though I realize that they are to show no favoritism to products and service the only thing he went into any detail with was for the most expensive oil change of $109.00. So you can say they were professional even if somewhat uncourteous."
"Fair service. Like many places they will try to up sale you but weren't pushy about it. Found it odd they didn't have my filter in stock but for a $15 fee I could be charged for their lack of inventory but if I payed they could have one brought over from the warehouse which only took like 5 minutes to bring over. Positive side is they offered a discount to military veterans for 25% off but with my $80 total only $10 was taken off, math doesn't quite check out and is deceptive on what is discounted."
