"I have worked with a few services like this one, and these people are the most professional and friendly I've seen in a while. Getting an appointment, to being notified when they were on their way, to the actual service, all was very professional and easy to discuss with them. Upon arrival, the gentleman and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem, put the repair plan into action, and 20 minutes later, toilet flowing correctly again. Now I just have to educate my grandkids, the next time they visit, to not flush baby wipes down the toilet."

"Who knew that dealing with plumbing issues could be such a pleasant experience? That's exactly what we had with Schitt's Plumbing--from the phone conversation to set up our appointment, to the guys arriving exactly when they said they would, to the expert work they did in installing two toilets in our home, to disposing of our old toilets--everything was done professionally and the guys were very engaging and great to work with. We need to have more work done in our kitchen and there's no one we would even think about calling to get that done besides Shitt's! Quality company doing quality work!"

"I needed someone to locate my septic tank. The office worker was amazing. She was polite and very helpful. The gentlemen that came out was very polite as well. He told me several times how much experience he had so I felt like he knew what he was doing. He asked me what septic company I was using. I told him and he said he had never heard of them and I should call the company he recommended. He said this several times as well so I’m thinking he must get a kickback for a referral. He explained how much the camera equipment costs and that’s why the location service was so high in cost. So he did his thing, showed me one spot on the ground and basically said it’s right around here. He didn’t bring anything to mark it which I thought was weird but he stuck my shovel in the ground and said that’s where it is. As he is on his tablet, charging me an outrageous price for the 20 to 30 minutes he was there, he is leaning on my jeep. He didn’t hurt it but I still thought it was a little unprofessional. So I call the septic tank service back and they dig around the spot and find nothing. They kept digging randomly in the yard until they finally found it. They would not give up. They worked after dark with the flashlights on their phones just to make sure we could use our plumbing that had now been unusable for 5 days. The point of this review is Schitt’s plumbing was at least 10 feet off on finding my septic tank. I would NOT recommend them for this service or any other. The outrageous price they charged me was wasted money. They did not locate my septic tank."
