"Very disappointed. Service had been coming regularly for 8 months and cancelled on me two days in a row (an hour before expected arrival) - less than two weeks before Christmas. I was told they were booked through the holidays and that they were sorry. I left a phone message and sent a text to speak to the owner, and no one responded to either. I had replied to both of their texts to confirm the appointments for the following day - and yet they still cancelled morning-of and have offered no further contact. A neighbor who also used this service said she had to call them back twice to her house twice in one day because they did not complete the job. She has since switched services. The ladies who clean seem rushed (possibly too many houses) and do more of a "countertop wipe" than a true clean. I liked to stay home when they came so I could make sure they didn't miss anything. And you never know who will be coming (or at what time); they switch routes/houses frequently. Having already tried another cleaning group and knowing their rates/services offered, I am disappointed that I stayed with First Touch for as long as I did. There are definitely more reliable, reputable, thorough companies in Birmingham."

"Do not use! They quoted $500 and said it would be a deep clean which would include basic cleaning like furniture surface, indoor doors and walls cleaning etc. However, they didn’t even clean furniture surface and all the spider webs were still left there. They didn’t even touch the wall and door at all. When I was communicating with their leader and I was still talking , the cleaning ladies just left. It was so unbelievably rude!! I talked to their leader and send her pictures of the stuff they didn’t do. She apologized but after that she said” the ladies already left , do you want to leave a check?” I was totally speechless. So don’t use them! Unprofessional and rude! What was worse was that the cleaning lady lied!"

"Unreliable and incredibly unprofessional. Do not use. First, Ricardo rescheduled my quote twice. When he finally did show up, my husband and I booked him weeks in advance. The night before Ricardo and his team were supposed to show up, I checked in to confirm and haven’t heard a word from him. He won’t return my texts or calls, and left us without cleaners the day before tenants are moving in. I would highly recommend against using First Touch Cleaning if you actually need your house cleaned."
