"Repairman tried to repair a 20+ year old Roper Washing machine but after a valiant effort, it had a bad transmission. The replacement part costs were way beyond a new machine! She passed peacefully! I've used this business before and highly recommend them and their business."

"I called to get my washing machine fixed. Over $300 later they still didn't know what was wrong when they assured me the machine part would work. I ended up buying a new machine and didn't get refund. I believe you should stand by your work and refund if your word said the fix would work."
"They were friendly enough on the phone, but when I described the problem with my Maytag washer, the guy told me "that he didn't want to waste my time", meaning their time, and he didn't think the washer could be fixed. Never mind their free estimate and actually looking at it. He also said he had never heard of my type of Maytag washer. (3000 series)."
