"Phone communications were all professional and I got a prompt appointment for my burst copper pipe, which was great. The technician arrived on time, but found he had no correct size fitting. My pipe was either non standard plumbing or expanded from the freezing. The technician left saying he was going to Home Depot to look for a correct size fitting and call some of the other technicians.Three hours went by with no communication. I reached out through text and call with no response. I called the office and got a prompt response from another individual. He said he would check into what was going on and get back to me. He never called back. This was late afternoon on a Friday and I explained all I needed was an update so I knew how to proceed. A call back stating "We currently do not have a solution to your problem" would have been adequate. We were on our third day without water and I was left without any communication at the end of business hours on a Friday if anyone was even still working on my behalf to solve the problem. I am not frustrated at not being able to fix the problem, especially if pipe was non standard. I am only upset at being left without any communication especially before a weekend."
