"I went in for a quote and was asked to spell my email address several times so it could be sent to me. I was kind of frustrated after spelling it several times. I waited a week and never got a quote. When I called they verified that they spelled my email address wrong (???). They said they would send me a quote to the proper email address immediately. Two days later and no quote."
"Price Paint & Body received a quote and partial payment from AllState and started working on my vehicle. After keeping my vehicle for a month, Price decided they want to argue the labor rates after they worked on my car. If a company accepts the quote and starts working on a vehicle, then they accept the amount the insurance is offering and if they don't want to accept the insurance labor rates, then don't start work on the vehicle. Be careful of this bait and switch tactic or outright scamming of customers. Again.. if you receive an estimate from the Insurance company and disagree with the labor rates, you don't start work on the vehicle. If you start work on the vehicle, then you have agreed to their rates."
