"I had a scheduled appointment for 12:00 and went home on my lunch break. I was notified that they were running behind but would not give me a time-frame for when a technician would arrive and stated that he was being dispatched to my house next. At 1:00pm, I still hadn't heard from anyone and had to call again and was told the technician would arrive in 30min. I informed them I had to return to work and was told the technician would call me when he arrived and discuss the price with me prior to starting the cleaning. At 2:00pm, I had not heard anything from the company or the technician so I called again. They stated the technician had arrived at 1:05pm, which was not correct as that was the time I left my house. The technician, Malik, called me at 2:09pm stating he had already finished my carpets. I asked what he had done and he state he vacuumed 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, the hallway and the living, sprayed with the cleaning solution and let it soak, then cleaned it up; all in under an hour. I told him there was no way that the entire house was done in less than an hour and Malik's response was, "I am the #1 technician" and stated that I owed $215. I told him I would not make a payment until I did a walk through. I spoke to a manager, Micah, who stated he can send a technician back out to touch-up any missed spots and that he would provide a discount. I left work early to go home and do the walk through as it was a Friday afternoon and I needed the carpets done prior to moving-in the following day. Most of the carpet was dry, meaning Malik did not thoroughly/evenly spray the cleaning solution or allow it to soak. There was dust and debris left on the carpet, especially near the baseboards. It appeared that Malik did not properly vacuum or clean within 6in of the baseboards. There is also a small stain in one of the bedrooms that was not cleaned and the hallway was not done at all. According to security camera footage, which was obtained from my neighbor around the corner, Malik arrived at my house after 1:05pm and left prior to 2:09pm, which means Malik was at my house "cleaning" for less than an hour. There is no way that Malik spent more than 40min cleaning a living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 small closets, and a hallway. He arrived over an hour late and rushed doing my carpet causing me a major inconvenience. I not only spent an hour waiting at home during my lunch break but I also had to leave work early to walk through my house. Malik also had the nerve to contact me and ask me to pay the full price of $215 for a rushed job that he knew was not done in a professional or thorough manner. I contacted Micah and he scheduled a different technician, Johnathan, to come the following morning. Johnathan arrived early and began on-time. He was polite, professional, and made sure I was satisfied with the carpets before he left. Johnathan spent approximately 2.5hrs cleaning the carpets and was able to remove the stain that was left after Malik. I called the following Monday to make my payment in which the receptionist stated I still owed $215. I informed her that Micah stated I would receive a discount and she stated it would be 10% off and that I owed $195. That was completely unacceptable, after having to completely rearrange my schedule 2 days in a row following a terrible job done by Malik. The inconvenience this placed on me and how the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I absolutely DO NOT recommend ANYONE use this company. I refuse to do any future work with them and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have attached images of my carpet after Malik claimed to have done $215 worth of work."
