"Went in for a iPhone battery replacement, quick service but non genuine Apple battery was install(third party). Now I have a permanent message on my phone about non authentic apple battery and battery options are disable on my phone. I wasn’t told that they don’t use original parts or I wouldn’t have agreed to the repair. Now I’m out 85$ and have to take my phone to best buy to get an actual Apple battery and pay another 89$. Buyer be ware and ask questions before agreeing to service."
"Set iPad Pro to screen be fixed. And they broke the start button. Then try to tell me that when you fix a screen the button will move. Took it back and they tried to put some glue on it which calls the start button to slide out of the screen. They refuse to fix it or even do a partial repayment. Rude ignorant and then started speaking Spanish when I got mad. Will never go back!"
