"The work performed was solid. I'm still not sure I needed the sump, but that piece is on me. My reason for the 3 star rating is due to the following issues: 1. The job took twice as long as what was quoted, 2. A few bricks were damaged during the pipe installation (one on the retaining wall), 3. I never received the warranty paperwork after requesting it twice, 4. One of my Dewalt tools disappeared and this is the only contractor who had access to my garage. Once again, this contractor does good work, and I felt this was a fair assessment."

"We have had water issues in our basement for over 10 years. We tried one approach to mitigate the leakage, but after several years it failed.
