First warranty company contractor was at our house for 20 minutes and said everything was fine. They took our deductible and refused to return our calls. We knew there was a problem and disputed the eval. 911 Air immediately identified multiple holes in our coil and offered us a great price on a new system. Without hesitation, they did extra work for no cost that wasn't included in the initial quote. Really great company. Very impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and customer service.
