"We walked out to our garage one morning and saw that one of the pipes leading to our hot water heater was leaking. I called 5 plumbing companies that either A) were not able to come out to our house for a few days; B) didn't have any plumbers who were qualified to work on gas hot water heaters; or C) wouldn't answer the phone. My 6th call was to PlumbPro. They were able to get a crew out to our house quickly and repaired the pipe within an hour. The gentlemen were very professional and the repair didn't cost a fortune. "Nice guys, enjoyed having them around; however, they said they would make neat cuts so the sheetrock repair would be easily completed -- that didn't happen. They cut an AC drain line in the basement ceiling, causing a leak, and it took five phone calls/text messages to get them back to the house. Once back, the "fix" was to leave the foam insulation in place and tape over that as well. Obviously, the tape repair did not work. Now I can't get them to answer me. Going to have to fix it myself. Nice guys, but they will not be invited back."
