"If you are an African American individual this is not the place to take your business. I was treated very distastefully at this business. I came in for literally one flat tire, and a little air due to the cold weather. The guy didn’t check to see what level my PSI was supposed to be and completely blew one of my perfectly good tires I then had to purchase a used tire which he also over filled with air, subsequently causing that tire to also blow. Not only that when he changed the tire he over torqued it, and caused my lug to become stripped. This place is very unprofessional, and I question the actual knowledge of the technicians employed here. Will not return here."

"IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I contacted this company on a Saturday to see if they could possibly press on my wheel bearings as the company the day before did it incorrectly. Unfortunately they had a light crew and were unable to do it until Monday. They were kind enough to direct me to another shop. No one in town could help me so it would be Monday. My first day of work is Monday and I need to be there. As I was stressing out I received a call from this company. He asked if I found anyone to do it. I said no and he said he could not get it done immediately but if I drop my axel off he would fit it in himself between Saturday or Sunday. He did not know how bad I needed my vehicle fixed before Monday but just being a truly great person and owner, he cared enough to step up to help when everyone else was stepping away. THANK YOU so much for helping me to get vehicle done so I can actually be present on my first day of work. Bless you, workers and business."

My truck was picked up in a orderly (on time) fashion and was able to give me a next day quote on a basis of what service or services may have to be done upon inspection of my truck. I am and have always been satisfied with bringing my vehicles here for their maintenancing and tire replacements and so forth for maintaining a great performance expected from the vehicle and the years to come from having the service performed by Tommy and his shop.
