"I just want to say Auto Zone is the best I went 2 other parts stores get a battery installed they wouldn’t do it said took 45 minutes to put in Chevy Malibu. "Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had. None of the staff seem to care and I got wrung up while the cashier was on the phone, on speaker. I remember a time where places like this would actively offer to help with small jobs like replacing lights and changing batteries but I suppose they are too busy on the phone. Won't be coming back."
"First AutoZone Ive seen with mostly women which was nice but.. they were barely helpful and were playing around and dancing on each other. Very unprofessional. Didn't seem to know what they were doing or talking about when you ask then a question. I wouldn't go to this location again."
