"I placed the call at 3:20 and at 4:00 my dishwasher was running! He just happened to be in the neighborhood and said he'd come take a look so if he needed to order a part, he could get it on order. Thankfully it was just a loose connection! He tightened the wire, used a better wire nut, checked everything out and was done! Thank you Mr. McCravy!"
