"Let me start with great 0 star’s. We have restaurant in Tuscaloosa AL and after long age of equipment maintenance was requested so we decided to call the owner Jayson and his team. He comes out and does few repairs and it went well so we decided to keep call him for the other miner repair for ice machine, waking freezer, HVAC repair and cleaning. But after 2nd visit his work starting to go under had to call him every 2 weeks to repair the same issue over and over for 2 month. Luckily one of my workers heard him saying we have to make money on an ice machine which he has repaid and cost us $1500.00 to repair in first place that he did. We have spend over $5000.00 with his company for not doing the job correctly. So we decided to get second opinion on the ice machine and the walking freezer that he had to come back and repair every 2 weeks for past 2 months and sure thing he was not fixing the problem correctly. We end up spending more money with the second guy and he found the problem in less then 30 min. So this tells you that if you want to waist your time and money feel free to call him highly recommend for a worse service. 03/03/2020 Update: Great customer service with cherry on the top.
