"I took my tire a wheel to them to have a flat patched, upon re-mounting the tire to the wheel they scratched the wheel all around the outside, this car was brand new and this was the first time the tire had ever been off the car so it wasn't pre existing. He said they'd fix it so I took the wheel back, after over a week he called and said it was ready. It looked like he put cleaner nail polish over the scratches.. anyone could have done that in a matter of minutes. He then told me he would order a new wheel and call when it came, after weeks of trying to communicate, he told me it was on back order, and if need be he'd Pay me the value of the wheel. after a year of attempted communication, I've come to the conclusion that he never intended on doing what was right."

"This is best place in town...that is why im hesitant about my suggestion to mccalla tire...but this could cause people not to be able to change a flat tire...guess I mean no harm but it needs addressed...thanx...the impact torque setting is way to high...I had to use a 3 foot cheater bar to break them lose"

Do not let the appearance of McCalla Tire throw you off - yes, the lot is a little "busy" and the garage small - but you will not regret letting them service your vehicle. We were on the road from Dallas to Atlanta with our RV when a bearing just disintegrated on the RV. We picked McCalla because they were close and their Google reviews were excellent. Owner Tucker Earley fit us in immediately and got us back on the road with a new bearing within hours. He had to make some repairs that most shops simply would not have done such as repairing and polishing the spindle and dismantling the destroyed electric brakes. And frankly - being from a "big city" I was shocked at the price - shocked at how reasonable it was for the work they did. Friendly people, quality mechanics, outstanding customer service and great prices - what more could you want! Thanks for getting us home safe Mr. Earley."
