"I had 2 flat tires my rv. Me and my young daughter, they have a service center so I prayed my way there. Too big for most auto shops. Only 8 wheels not 18, but stranded out of town. I went and bought 2 tires with rims because theirs are too big. They wouldn't even let me borrow a jack with me directly in front of them struggling, trying to make it to my daughter's surprise party. I offered to pay them to change them, anything I could do. I don't know how much worse you can get as far as customer service, or as a human being. To leave a woman and her daughter stranded, just for fun, then watch. I called the manager and left a message and as fitting the rest of the customer service here I got no response. There was on younger man there at the desk, he even went to get his personal jack, because they were telling him that they couldn't help me. I'm afraid he got the brunt of my anger when it was the situation as a whole. Pic included of how empty they were at that time that 10 min of their time for a service they offered that i was willing to pay for, the use of a jack. I sat there for 6 hours"
"Good. One pump is broken and the pipe is leaking diesel. it cost me extra 2 gallon diesel. But the cashier give me a free meal and give my wife a free lift to petro center due to raining. Bad things happened but I have a happy ending"
