"These guys came out back in April, to clean my septic tank and the 500 job turned into a 1200 job, and then they inform me my tank wasn't connected to my field lines, this caused them to offer to put in new lines at a cost of 8,000. I knew my field lines WERE hooked before they came, then today, I see that somehow, when they were here, those connecting lines disappeared. Had a great company come out, add connecting lines and reconnect my field lines..I would not recommend them, to anyone. Btw..he also threatened to turn me in if I did not hire him.."

"I have never in my 62 years had a service man come to my home and leave before finishing the job. Today was the day that happened. After charging me $500 to clean my septic tank he said he was it comfortable staying and left after I told him I hadn’t showered in days. I had a backup as well as needing my tank pumped out. I really don’t know if I needed my tank cleaned out but Roto rooter came about the backup and said it is time to clean the tank so have that done first and that way they will find where it is and the clean out so when I come back that will be done. That was messed up as well I thought but went ahead and called a company that could do both. He asked me to check and see if everything was still backing up after cleaning it and I did and it was. I was mad at my brother when the man was here because he wasn’t helping me talk to the man or help me drag our hose pipe from the back to the front and he wouldn’t even go and tell the man if his bathroom was still backing up. I was irritated with him but we weren’t yelling at each other. We weren’t even in the same place. He was in the garage the whole time. I don’t know if the man just didn’t want to try and find the clog. He gave me the price to do that and then BAM! I’m leaving . I’m uncomfortable. Talk about snowflakes. I met my first one today. I would never call them again. I’m disgusted and disappointed and mad as hell. If I knew this company would not complete the job I would not have hired them and I wouldn’t have paid him. He made sure not to tel me he was leaving until I paid for the clean out. What a jackass!"

"Extremely friendly and courteous! I called to fix my toilet in February and they came right out like they’re supposed too! My water pressure valve was messed up and old and rusty and they fixed that too!! The other day I had a leak near the water meter ! Got in touch with Devin ! He got the guys out here and fixed it ! I appreciate all of them and know who I’ll be calling for all my work to be done from now on !! Precision services- great company!!"
