"Brian with veteran’s heating and cooling is the most professional and trustworthy HVAC technician that I’ve ever worked with. My home warranty company assigned him to an issue that I was having with my A/C unit and worked with the warranty company to get me the best new unit available and installed a new blower/furnace as well. He was very responsive and informative during the process. A few months after the unit was installed, I had issues getting the pilot light to turn on in the furnace and he came by the same day to fix it without charging me any fees.
