"We loved their work on our pup so much that every time we visited from out of town, we scheduled a grooming. But now they have a communication problem. I booked an appointment in December and when I showed up at the business, it was closed and no one would answer the phone. I’ve been trying for weeks to reschedule, but they don’t answer either of the two numbers I’ve called a dozen times. It goes to voicemail, and their inboxes are full. Are they out of business? Not taking customers? They should let people know. The voicemail message is still about Christmas."
"My first time coming here and they welcome you with open arms and are super friendly. By far the best groomers. I brought my little poodle Bailey in yesterday for a haircut, they were super friendly and very caring with my dog. I highly recommend them. Most definitely will be coming back."
