"Absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I went for an appointment and I asked for a Covid test. They gave me the test but refused my visit with the doctor and told me I would have to come back again for my refills. Meanwhile I’m currently sitting next to a woman who is wearing a mask not covering her face and she sounds like death. When I inquired about it I was told that I don’t know the patients and they may have copd."

"Dr. DeSai was my husband and my family doctor for about 18 yrs.. He was also my late husband's oncologist. A more caring doctor I couldn't find anywhere. I would still have him as my doctor had I not moved out of state. Still try to see him when ever I'm in the area. I admit I love and miss him not only as my physician but as a friend. Scheduling is hectic but what doctors office isn't. I didn't complain if he took more time with any patient because he gives all the time you need."

"The staff at both of his offices (hamstrom & lancer st) are AWFUL. Rude, unaccomodating. The scheduling is atrocious, they never run on time. Not to mention my mom was going here for suboxone treatment and was never drug tested properly but this office. She died of an overdose as a result and had about 200 suboxone from this office because they never verified she was actually taking it. Awful."

"Feels rather ramshackle, being a converted house, as well as being overworked, but I put that mostly on them being a Medicaid provider and having patients assigned to them. Never even seen Desai, but the Nurse Practitioner was polite, helpful and friendly."
