"I am familiar with Inpatient Rehab HOSPITALS. (Different than extended care facilities.) Because I am a retired RN and I volunteered at a similar location in Central Indiana with my Collie, I have seen these facilities from multiple perspectives. This facility is among the best. Acute changes in patient health status are addressed same day or sooner, physicians round daily. Nurses are caring and knowledgeable. The facility is limited due to its age. The care is outstanding."

"Visited here on October 14 and quickly forgot that this place has poor reviews from my neighbors and online patrons. I asked for a breakdown of my bill to better understand why the emergency room bill was so high and it gave the least amount of detail possible. The front desk person was amazing but everyone else openly complained how much they hate it there and could be heard talking poorly of patients as they did not care to do it behind closed doors. There was an older gentleman they were treating and I could hear the disparaging words used. Even though this may be a close option to many, it is worth taking the drive elsewhere for better quality care, bill transparency, and not the immediate need to threaten patrons with collections."

"Had my daughter in the ER and the nurse named John was absolutely wonderful!!! Was very polite and understanding! He was the best nurse we ever had going to the ER!"

"The reason I'm giving this one star is because I am a patient, of Amberly Brewer (Dr. Brewer). I have Depression and Anxiety and I am currently struggling. Today I had an appointment with her and she was talking about how I needed to get a shot. I'm also on my period and I get very dizzy and feel sick, so was not up to it. I explained how needles make me dizzy and pass out. It isn't because of the pain it is because I hate being dizzy. She says in response to this, "You Burned yourself with a lighter, you can handle the pain." Or something along those lines. Now I know I may have been overreacting about the shots but it was not okay for her to talk about my self harm like that. I've been ashamed sense I've done it and it hurts to talk about. My mother was mad and I had been crying because of this comment for 30 minutes. My mother called and Dr. Brewer completely backtracked and tried to make excuses. I am still mad and upset about this. Hopefully when i get a good psychiatrist I won't have to go back. Sorry if this is long but I hope this helps."

"My mom was treated in the ER department by a very rude LPN. She had asked for extra pants and feminine products and she huffed and puffed away. She tried to place a blood pressure cuff on her with a prior patient’s blood on it. Her actual nurse was an absolute gem and that is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars."
