"Nothing but issues CONSTANTLY. Northshore even updated my patient records with false information! NEVER got contacted back about lab results, I had to request my results just to be able to see them. There were issues with hormones and vitamin D but never got talked to about that or possible solutions. Now my records are saying they prescribed me Vitamin D supplements which is a flat out lie. Nobody EVER answers the phone, it is literally impossible to make appointments here or talk to them about the issues I'm having with them. Never got my result paperwork in the mail for anything, like promised. I know they have the right address because I've gotten mail from them before. Receptionist doesn't know how to do proper scheduling or communication. She doesn't even know when the lab place in their own building closes. She scheduled my appointment for 5 pm and told me I could do my labs then and just failed to mention that they closed at 4. I need a breast ultrasound done for lumps the Dr found and they just didn't mention I needed to call to set that up. I (wrongfully) assumed that when she set up the transvaginal ultrasound, she set that up too, cause again, no communication. Then when I realized they failed to give me the proper paperwork to set that up, I asked my Dr in my follow up appointment what I should do and she didn't even know what I was talking about, said the order was gone and she couldn't remember. Just... do NOT go here if you want actual help and respect for your time. What a joke."

"It was very easy to call and make an appointment quickly with NorthShore! The receptionist was great to answer questions and contact me when it was time to arrive and come into the office. I love the option to stay in my car instead of sitting in the lobby since the flu is on the rise and I was only needing an update referral and wasn't sick. So keeping me away from others who potentially were was a great option for me. Dr. Andy was kind and quick to ask the right questions and assess the issue and get me out of there. I appreciated that. I was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes time. I will go to them for all of my medical needs. I currently use the general medicinefor my primary, dentistry, and gynecologist/ endocrinologis at this facility and all groups have been wonderful. Thank you for your care and support for my health."

"Dr Dana Jones is amazing. Went in for a replacement on my birth control. She asked me a few questions, and spoke to me about my options. We both agreed on a different birth control, and so far I love it. I wasn't exactly the easiest patient, and she was beyond amazing and professional the entire time. I will be making her my permanent OB."

"When you attempt to call in to speak With someone you rarely get through and then, when you finally get the opportunity to leave a message, they rarely return your calls. The phone number listed on my appointment card goes to the pharmacy and then when they transfer me, the phone rings endlessly with no answer then disconnects Very frustrating trying to make contact with a live person Finally did have an appointment but then they canceled the day before so I’m looking for other options at this point Good luck if you’re attempting to seek help at North shore"
