"They broke my gate and I saw it when asked them to fix it they rudely declined. Additionally, did not offer any help for installation after asking, which is free on the price purchased. Go to Jacuzzi or anywhere else if you want to have customer good service."

"I have spent a lot of money at this store in the last year since buying a house with a pool. Today we needed a new light installed, so I called. Was informed they wanted $675 for the EXACT same Pentair light I can buy off of Amazon for $375, plus the cost of labor to install it. I told them as much, and was told that “Corine” refused to provide that service if I buy the light because they “can’t warranty it”. I said I don’t want their warranty, and was told “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry”. I called another local service right after this (A&M), and was told I could absolutely buy the light myself if I can find the right one online cheaper. I’m disappointed as we trusted this company and thought they were good people, but apparently they are willing to price gauge and take advantage of their loyal customers. Obviously that was the last time we’ll be giving them our business."

"Not too customer friendly. They make sure to let you know what all you need to buy for your pool but if you dont attitude changes. They inform you that the test aren't free so if you dont buy chemicals dont expect to get a free pool chemical test because they are not free."

"I met the folks from Allstar at a Spa Show in Huntsville Alabama. We were replacing a 25 year old spa with a more modern one; and switching from gas to electric (240 VAC). I had a good discussion with their installer about the challenges of installing a spa suspended at about 20 feet above our backyard sloped yard in a porch. We ended up hiring a crane; to avoid running over the septic system. After reinforcing the platform to the right height and with lot of 6x6 treated wood - seriously strong; we had it installed about a month ago. After they left the electrician connected the spa to 240 VAC; and we were up and running. The following week they came out and replaced one of the jets that probably got lose during transport. At about 3 months out; seems like the spa is functioning great!"

I would definitely purchase from All Star Pool & Spa again. We just got delivery and I finally got the electric connected. Can't wait to enjoy the new hot tub!!!"
