"So I went in to exchange an item and said I needed one size larger. I said I'd get it myself but the guy said he would. Fine. He came back with the same thing but a different color. I was adamant that it was wrong, I knew what it was supposed to look like and that wasn't it. He then told me I was wrong and that was what I needed. ...what? I know what I need, not this guy. I said, again, no but he swapped them out. I just left and went to Walmart. They had the item I needed, which was different than the 'expert' gave me. I'd return the item here but I'm not going back. The other lady was very nice or it'd be one star- think she was new."
