"Best doctor ever and clinic staff are wonderful. One visit fixed my asthma and I feel like my health is actually improving. I would highly recommend. Edit: It is almost a year from my first appointment. All of my labs that were abnormal have returned to normal after his treatment plan. I have lost 50 lbs and have become more healthy and am no longer bed ridden and for the first time in a decade I can live life. I credit Dr Anderson and his staff with giving me back my life."

"I had a severe asthma attack and they immediately got me a nebulizer everything I needed. All the staff were incredible they tried their best to calm me down, which they did but it’s hard when you’re fighting for your life two of the Ladies were right there with me until the ambulance came then I went out there and had to be put once again on the ventilator for 48 hours so yes this place is special to me.And DR.Anderson is great also.He is very knowledgeable about his field of work."

"I have been seeing Dr. Anderson at the Homewood office. Came to Cullman to get an earlier appointment. I think Dr Anderson is brilliant. He discovered my rare disease in 2 visits. He just keeps asking questions until he figures it out. The staff is so sweet & patient with my questions."

"Be aware: the invoices and billing are completely inaccurate, please check your records before paying and continue to check them. I recently received a bill for my daughter's visit for $44.xx, logged onto her account to pay and it shows a $0 balance. I waited a couple of days to see if the issue would correct itself and when it didn't, I called the billing inquires number. They said to pay the $44.xx even though it shows a $0 balance. So, which is it??? This is not the first-time inaccuracies have occurred. I have gone online to pay balances for my two children (both patients for different reasons) and the amounts are different from invoices I have received in the mail. When I pay one child's balance, the amount appears on the other child's account. New amounts appear after a few days, along with threating invoices. They outsource their billing to a third-party in TX and they are of no help, only looking at the same screen you can see when you log into your account(s). I have asked for itemized lists of services and billing for both my children, they only continue to send a bill, asking for money. We are on a high deductible plan and are asked to pay $250 at office visits, not the traditional $25 other offices ask for. When I questioned this practice, the front office staff stated, "Well, that is just how we do things here, so you meet your deductible faster." When I pushed back, saying that makes my balance low for visiting other doctors this month, they said my child could not be seen until I pay it. Too many other great allergy and asthma doctors in the area that do not have this much trouble with billing."

"Dr Anderson was great. Knowledgeable and super pleasant. He took plenty of time to discuss family history and symptoms. Excellent help from very friendly staff on testing and care. Receptionist also let me know cost of procedure during visit so the bill wasn't a surprise. We're very pleased. Thanks!"
