"Uncaring and rude receptionist. I was 15 minutes late-no one in waiting room. Made me wait 4 hours. Put me at the end of line at doctor after MRI. My bp was 220/170 and I was exhausted for the 3 hr drive home that I told them about. My husband and I are 71 and their lack of caring ruined our day. I won’t use them again. UPDATE. This facility reached out to me and were sincerely concerned about what happened. He told me that most of their reviews were very good. My prior visits were always good. He asked that I give them another chance. He was not pushy in any way and seem genuinely concerned. I agreed to give them another chance."
