"Came by here after work to see what they had and replace a broken battery case that fallen out during work. They showed me a four battery case holder. I didn’t know they made them. And they had my coils straight in stock. Got to sit in creaky chair and chit chat and talk about some of their products for sale and some small talk. I’ll definitely stop here again. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff."

"Only because of one employee. Normally I would give plus 10! I know the owner and his wife who go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience while shopping and their staff is amazing!! Except today I had had a horrible experience with one employee. I understand only 2 people were working but my son and I were the only ones there at first. We were not shopping, said exactly what we needed. Another customer comes in and the girl was helping him. The guy helping us could have said hey I’ll be right with you but instead just walked away from us without saying a word. Finally came back and I said I thought the customer was rude interrupting people already being helped. He gets an attitude with me saying it wasn’t the customers fault. As a customer I would wait my turn, as an employee say I’ll be right with you or ask us if we mind waiting but walking off mid sentence was rude. Mason I’m sorry I have to leave this on the public reviews but I lost your info and I know how friendly and helpful you and your staff normally is. Thought you might want to know."
"I have shopped several vape shops across the nation with my line of work. This has a feeling of home. I’m always welcomed into the store by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. New flavors to try and by all the time as well as some of the best prices around. It is not the closest to my house but I go out of the way to shop regularly!"
