"Regarding my recent order of 90 New York Strips , I'm disappointed with the presentation of the steaks. They were requested to be 1" thick and the full order was not consistent in cut. They ranged from 1/2" - 1" in thickness. In addition, each steak was individually vacuum sealed and the meat did not appear freshly cut. This is the second year I have placed this large order for my company's lunch. There was a significant change in the overall quality of what I received this year and what I expected from Kincaid's. I have always had a high opinion of Kincaid's but I will have to reevaluate my options for next year."

"I was very excited when I heard Kincaids was opening a store in Fishers. I have tried different kinds of meats from here since they've opened and they've all been top quality meats. If I had any questions the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with how to cook or smoke the meat. I wont be buying from anywhere else."
