"Best customer service! I walked in looking for replacement battery sleeves, however, they did not carry them in stock nor did the owner know about them. Once I finished describing them he said he would look them up and place an order. A few weeks later they came in and I purchased three sets. I can't tell you the last time a small business owner went out of their way to get something in stock!"
