"Bought a cartridge battery from in there the lady never gave me a receipt for it it did not work went back to very next day for the lady to treat me like I was a common fee and to say I did not buy it there and all sales our permanent she didn't even know what came with the product she sold me said I didn't have all the parts this place is horrible I wouldn't send my enemy there they need to take it down and never let them people into business again screw them"
"I went to the smoke shop in town but they obviously don't care about the quality of cigars the sell humidor was off and case was real dry I walked with out buying i wont be buying cigars there anymore this is after speaking to the manager about how poor quality the last cigars I purchased were. I was told I was S.O.L. because the $20 Monte Cristo I purchased was to dry and cracked after attempting to cut the cap off and mind you when I purchased I took them home to sit in my well maintained humidor for a week before smoking. That being said they have to be absolutely dried out if you cannot rehydrate in personal humidor. If you are a serious cigar enthusiast don't buy your cigars in lowell I would recommend karma off of rt 30 in merrillville or golden leaf off of rt6 in Hobart."
"HORRIBLE STORE- 1 star only because you can't give NO stars.... I went in there one day looking for a gift for my boyfriend who smokes cigars. I wasn't looking to purchase cigars here because I've been told the selection is horrible, the cigars are old, and their humidors are not maintained properly so I was looking for accessories. They don't have much to chose from and the workers weren't really friendly or willing to help. Will travel out of town next time for a better store..."
